I can't say enough wonderful things about this shop owner! She was awesome to work with. She answered all my questions, and took everything I told her about the baby shower theme and made a beautiful wishing tree my friend will cherish. Everyone loved her wishing tree. She made a custom princess theme and it came with matching tags. One of the great things is it included a picture we put a cute saying with directions, the tree, and she even had a cute glass to place tags in. All I had to do was set it up. She understood my vision for a custom product, and was so easy to communicate with. She delivered the product in the time-frame I requested, even though I had increased the size mid-way. She even went over and above to help me when I had mis-typed my zip code, sending Fedex into a frenzy. She never left my side and keep me posted on every detail of my shipment. When it arrived, It was perfectly packaged, and although I had requested that the tree arrive disassembled, I was able to work with it, as she instructed, and it came together beautifully!!
